3 cups toasted rice cereal
3 cups toasted corn cereal
1 1/2 cups bite-size pretzel twists
1 1/2 cups bite-size cheese crackers
3/4 cup honey-roasted peanuts
1/2 cup Haugwaush, Sticky Stuff, Chipotle or Blazin’ Boar sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, pretzels, crackers and peanuts. In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on foil or paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.
3 russet potatoes, scrubbed
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Fat Boy Haugwaush
1/2 lb smoked meat, your choice
2 Tbsp snipped chives, optional
Bake potatoes for at 350° for 1 hour or until done. Preheat grill to medium heat. Cut potatoes in half, scooping out the flesh, leaving 1/2 inch shell. Melt butter and add garlic, then brush on inside & outside of potatoes. Place on grill until crisp, 4-4 1/2 minutes each side. Place cheese, Haugwaush, and meat into each skin. Top with sour cream, bacon and chives.
Lightly coat all surfaces of the chicken with Sweet Rub. Grill chicken until totally cooked, turning occasionally. Spread the Haugwaush over the pizza dough or bread. Break up the chicken and distribute onto the dough. Bake until done or as dough directions dictate. Apply cheese, if desired, and bake just enough to melt cheese.
