Shipping & Billing Policy
Shipping Policy
Business and shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. Each order will be sent same day or next day, except during busy seasons where items may be sent within two business days. For flat rate shipping a standard price is charged based on how much you order. For each individual order, if applicable, you select the shipping method that you prefer. We will always send your product as you requested. Standard shipping methods include the United States Postal Service, Spee-Dee Delivery, UPS Ground and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. Please note that customers outside the United States shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.
Billing & Tax Policy
Taxes are only applicable to non-food items. Per Nebraska tax policies, taxes will be charged on any non-food items at the 5.5% state rate plus the city tax rate where the product will be shipped (.5%-1.5%). Orders containing food and non-food items shipping to Kansas, Virginia, Tennessee, and Illinois are subject to tax as calculated by those states. Any other orders shipping outside of the state of Nebraska are not applicable to tax.
