Caliente Mole Sauce

1 Tbsp canola oil
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp Caliente Rub
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Heat oil, garlic, Caliente, cumin, cinnamon and salt to the pan. Cook until fragrant. Add tomato sauce, broth, chocolate chips, and peanut butter; stir to combine. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low. Serve over chicken sprinkled with sesame seeds.
