Avocado Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz) of tuna
- 1 small/medium avocado
- 1 carrot chopped
- 2 scallions chopped
- 1/4 cucumber chopped
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp Fat Boy Premium All Purpose Rub
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash together the tuna and avocado. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve on your choice or bread or on a bed of lettuce.
