- 24 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Uncle Walt’s Bloody Mary Mix
- 1/2 cup finely minced onion
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup tomato puree
- 2 Tbsp horseradish
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 3 Chopped Dill Pickles or 1/4 cup Dill Relish
- 3/4 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 2 Tbsp Fat Boy Premium All Purpose Rub
- 2 Tbsp dill pickle juice
- 4 slices chopped cooked bacon
- Dash celery seed
- Pepper to taste
- Optional: Fat Boy Trail Blazer Wing & Hot Sauce to taste
- Optional: Vodka to taste
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. If you don’t have Fat Boy Premium All Purpose Rub, try something sodium-based as a substitute. This is a great recipe to play with. What do you like in your Bloody Mary? Try adding to the dip to meet your tastes!
