Sweet Sauce 0′ Mine Sweet and Spicy Vinegar Sauce Award Winning BBQ Sauce was created by three time Pork Shoulder, Memphis in May World Champion and Winner of 2013 Memphis In May Grand Champion Pitmaster, Mark Lambert. This Mississippi style sauce is the spicy version of these award winning sauces, and judging from all the awards it has won we would say that this is the perfect blend of sweet and heat!
Sweet Sauce 0′ Mine Sweet and Spicy Vinegar Sauce is combination of tomato, vinegar and a blend of spices with just a hint of molasses. Sweet Sauce O’ Mine can be used as a glaze during the last hour of your cook, to provide a wonderful bark on all of your bbq meats. If used in combination with Sweet Rub O’ Mine it can provide you with the World Champion results that Mark Lambert has found at Memphis in May and many other BBQ contests.

Expiration
All of Fat Boy Natural BBQ’s products contain a "best by" date. The USDA states that a "best by" date is used as a guideline for a product to be on the shelf before purchase. It is in no way an expiration date. According to the USDA most products are safe to consume long after the "best by" date has passed. All Fat Boy Natural BBQ products have a "best by" date of three years after packaging. Any products that are "short dated" are sold at a discount and the date is stated in the listing when purchasing the product.
