Kool-Aid BBQ Rub

For those of you who don't know, Kool-Aid was developed right here in our own state in Hastings, Nebraska. This internationally known soft drink mix, now owned by Kraft Foods, actually started out as a liquid concentrate called Fruit Smack, invented by Edwin Perkins. If you really want, the next time you drive through our state stop by the Hastings Museum and check out the "Kool-Aid: Discover the Dream" exhibit. But we won't bore you with any more of that.
