Coyote Cilantro Lime Corn

cups corn kernels
tablespoons jalapenos
tablespoon cultured butter (organic)
tablespoon lime juice
tablespoon lime zest
clove garlic
pinch red pepper flakes
1/4 cup cilantro
tablespoon
sour cream
2 tsp Coyote Canyon

  1. Over medium heat, melt butter and add in jalapenos and garlic. Saute for one minute and add in corn kernels. Stirring occasionally, continue to cook corn for 7-8 minutes until the kernels begin to cook through. Pour in lime juice, lime zest, red pepper, Coyote Canyon and cilantro – continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes until corn is cooked through.
  2. Pull corn off heat and stir in sour cream, taste, and adjust for your taste with Coyote Canyon. To serve, sprinkle fresh cilantro on top.
