BBQ Grilled or Smoked Pizza

1/2 lb Ground Hamburger or Sausage
1 Cup Copperhead BBQ Sauce
1 green onion, finely diced (both white and green parts)
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Cup fresh spinach
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
1 Boboli Pizza Crust

  1. Brown hamburger or sausage. Drain fat.
  2. Take Boboli Crust and top with Copperhead BBQ Sauce.
  3. Add hamburger or sausage. Top pizza with diced green onion, cherry tomatoes, fresh spinach, and bacon.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
  5. Place on smoker or grill for approximately 10-15 minutes or until all cheese is melted.
