Avacado Tuna Salad

1 (5 oz) can of tuna
1 small/medium avocado
1 carrot, chopped
2 scallions, chopped
1/4 cucumber, chopped
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 tsp Premium All Purpose Rub
1/2 tsp white vinegar

In a medium bowl, mash together the tuna and avocado. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve on your choice or bread or on a bed of lettuce.
