Asian-Style Ribs

canola oil
Fat Boy Teriyaki Rub
1/4 c soy sauce
1/2 c water

Trim pork ribs as needed. Cover front and back of ribs with canola oil and Fat Boy Teriyaki Rub. Place ribs on smoker or grill. Approximately half way through baste with mixture of 1/4 c soy sauce, 1/2 c water, and 1 Tbsp of Fat Boy Teriyaki Rub. Cook ribs until done – hot and fast would be approximately 1 1/2 hour at 300°, then wrapped in foil to finish. Slice and enjoy!
